Abstract

Günümüzde adolesan çağdaki gebelikler toplumun önemli bir sorunudur ve yetişkin çağdaki gebeliklere kıyasla daha riskli kabul edilirler. Adolesan gebeliklerde erken doğum riski, bebekte düşük doğum ağırlığı, preeklampsi gibi anne ve bebeğin hayatını tehdit eden sorunlar daha sık yaşanmaktadır. Gebelikte en sık görülen obstetri dışı akut batın tablosu akut apandisittir. Gebe olan hastalarda, gebe olmayanlara kıyasla akut apandisit tanısı koymak, apandisit ile ilişkilendirilmiş klinik muayene ve laboratuvar bulgularının maskelenmesi sebebiyle zorlaşmaktadır. Olgumuzda da 14 yaşında adolesan çağda ve 24 haftalık gebe olan hastanın akut batın tablosunun tanı ve tedavisindeki zorluklardan bahsedilmiştir. Nowadays, adolescent pregnancies are an important problem in society and they are considered more risky than adult pregnancies. In adolescent pregnancies, problems that threaten the life of the mother and the baby are more common such as the risk of preterm birth, low birth weight in the baby and preeclampsia. The most common non-obstetric acute abdomen during pregnancy is acute appendicitis. The diagnosis of acute appendicitis in pregnant patients compared to non-pregnant patients is difficult because of clinical examination and masking of laboratory findings associated with appendicitis. In our case, it was mentioned about the difficulties in diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen in a 14-year-old adolescent girl who was 24 weeks pregnant.
