Abstract

Obturator fıtık, ince barsak tıkanıklığına yol açabilen ve genellikle acil müdahele gerektiren nadir bir fıtıktır. Nonspesifik belirti ve bulguları ile tanı zordur. Eskiden tanı çoğu zaman operasyon esnasında konulurken günümüzde bilgisayarlı tomografi ile preoperatif konulabilmektedir. Tanıda gecikme yüksek morbidite ve mortaliteye sebep olduğu için obturator fıtıklı nadir bir olguyu sunduk.

Abstract

Obturator hernia is a rare hernia which causes of small bowel obstruction and usually needs early surgical intervention. Its diagnosis is difficult because of nonspecific symptoms and findings. In the past, obturator hernia was diagnosed during the operation but now we can determine it by computer tomography(CT Scan) before the operation. This article presents a rare case of obturator hernia because late diagnosis causes high mortality and morbidity.
