Abstract

Genç kadınlarda oral kontraseptif ilaçlar venöz tromboemboli, miyokard enfarktüsü ve serebrovasküler hastalık riskini arttırmaktadır. Özellikle trombofilisi olan hastalarda risk daha da artmaktadır. Biz makalemizde oral kontraseptif kullanan ve trombofilisi olan miyokard enfarktüsü ile başvurmuş vakamızı sunacağız.

Abstract

In young women oral contraceptive drugs increase venous thromboembolism, myocardial infarction and cerebrovascular disease risk. Especially in patients with thrombophilia, the risk increases even more. We will present our case in our article with oral contraceptive and myocardial infarction with thrombophilia.
