Laparoskopik kolesistektomi sonrası Luschka kanalı yaralanmasının karaciğer spesifik kontrast madde ile manyetik rezonans görüntülemede gösterilmesi

Abstract

Safra yolu yaralanması laparoskopik kolesistektomi (LK) işleminde gelişebilecek ciddi bir komplikasyondur. Luschka kanalı safra yolu varyasyonu olup bu kanaldan safra kaçağı nadir olarak görülür. Gadolinyum etoksibenzil dietilentriamin pentaasetik asit (Gd-EOB-BOPTA) fonksiyonel olarak biliyer görüntüleme sağlayabilen hepatospesifik manyetik rezonans (MR) kontrast maddesidir. Biz bu çalışmamızda LK işleminde oluşan Luschka kanalı safra kaçağını Gd-EOB-BOPTA ile noninvaziv olarak gösterilmesini sunmaktayız. Özellikle LK olgularında hepatospesifik MR kontrast maddeleriyle aksesuar safra kanallarından kaynaklanan safra kaçağı saptanabilir.

Abstract

Bile duct injury is a serious complication of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). Bile leakage from accessory duct of Luschka is very rare. Gadolinium ethoxybenzyl diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (Gd-EOB-BOPTA) is a hepatospecific contrast agent that provides functional biliary imaging. In this study, we present a patient with bile leakage from duct of Luschka after LC. Magnetic resonance imaging with hepatospecific contrast agents can detect bile leakage from accessory duct of Luschka especially in LC patients.
