PEYZAJLARIN TANIMLANMASINA YÖNELİK YAKLAŞIM: TARİHİ PEYZAJ KARAKTERİZASYONU

Abstract

Günümüz peyzajlarında geçmişin izlerinin ortaya konmasına yönelik olarak peyzaj karakterlerinde uzun dönemde yaşanan değişimlerin izlenmesinde, uluslararası ve disiplinler arası araştırma ağları, ortak projeler, yeni yaklaşımlar geliştirilmeye başlanmıştır. Bu çalışma ile kültürel miras olarak peyzajın tanımlanması ve değerlendirilmesine yönelik olarak arkeoloji, peyzaj mimarı ve sanat tarihi uzmanları birlikteliğinde gerçekleştirilen ortak girişimler ile tarihi peyzajların tanımlanmasına yönelik yaklaşımlardan Tarihi Peyzaj Karakterizasyonu yaklaşımı üzerinde durulmuştur. Ayrıca, Birleşik Krallık-Türk arkeoloji, peyzaj mimarlığı ve sanat tarihi alanında uzman akademisyenlerin birlikteliğinde ülkemizde gerçekleştirilen peyzajın kültürel miras değerinin belirlenmesine ve bu değerin peyzaj planlama ve yönetimi süreçlerine entegre edilebilmesine yönelik çalışmalar açıklanmıştır.
