Abstract
Bu sözel bildiri, ‘World Allergy Organization’ (WAO), ‘National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease’ (NIAID), ‘Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network’ (FAAN) tanı kriterleri, ve ‘Anaphylaxis clinical support tool 2024 Consensus Report’ önerileri ışığında anafilaksi patofizyolojisi, klinik şiddet sınıflaması ve tedavi yaklaşımlarına ilişkin güncel rehberler temel alınarak hazırlanmış olup Acil Tıp pratiğinde karşılaşılan anafilaktik reaksiyonların değerlendirilmesini amaçlayan derleme niteliğindedir.

Abstract
This oral presentation addresses anaphylaxis pathophysiology, clinical severity classification, and treatment approaches in light of the ‘World Allergy Organization’ (WAO), ‘National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease’ (NIAID), 'Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network' (FAAN), and the recommendations of the Anaphylaxis Clinical Support Tool 2024 Consensus Report. It aims to provide a review for the evaluation of anaphylactic reactions encountered in Emergency Medicine practice.
