A faculty member in the Department of Mechatronics Engineering at the Faculty of Technology, Marmara University. He completed his undergraduate studies in Adana and postgraduate studies in Istanbul. His primary research interests include system identification, discrete-time modeling, Harmonic Control Arrays (HCA), and embedded hardware implementation. Dr. Çelebi is serving as the Marmara University TEKNOFEST Coordinator since 2021. He is currently the Editor-in-Chief of the International Periodical of Recent Technologies in Applied Engineering (PORTA).

Önder Demir received his Master's and Doctorate degrees in Electronics and Computer Education from Marmara University in 2006 and 2013, respectively. Between 2003 and 2013, he worked as a research assistant and lecturer. He served as an Assistant Professor in the Computer Engineering Department of the Faculty of Technology. In 2020, he received the title of Associate Professor in Computer Science and Engineering. His research areas include cybersecurity, digital image processing, biomedical image processing, and algorithms.
