The aim of the study is to examine the effect and relationship of job satisfaction of white-collar staff, who has to make decisions and take responsibilities regarding the works the organization have been conducting, its functioning, and its future by taking place in every level of executive groups in the organizational hierarchy, on organizational performance. Statistical analyses (Descriptive, Independent T Test, One Way Anowa, Correlation, Regression) were applied on the data obtained from the studies conducted upon fifty participants and they showed a significant relationship between white-collar staff job satisfaction and organizational performance.
