Cryptocurrency Impacts on Strategic Management

Abstract

Gelişmekte olan bir teknoloji olarak Blockchain, kuruluşlar, insanlar ve teknoloji ile ilgilenmektedir. Bu özel durum, özellikle birbirine bağlı iş süreçleri bağlamında güven, paylaşım ve gizlilik konularını ele alarak Blockchain'in potansiyellerini ve etkilerini göz ardı edilemeyeceğini bize göstermektedir. Tedarik zinciri yönetimi ile başlayan tartışmalar organizasyon yönetimlerine kadar gelmiş görünmektedir. Bu kadar gizliliğin organizasyon yapısına zarar vereceğini düşünen araştırmacılar olduğu gibi tersini düşünen araştırmacılar da mevcuttur. Bu çalışmada literatürde neredeyse hiç tartışma konusu yapılmamış bir konu olan “kriptoparaların kullanımı ile stratejik yönetim” ilişkisi incelenmeye çalışılacaktır. Bu konuda yapılmış olan ilk çalışma olan bu araştırma aynı zamanda kriptopara kullanımının stratejik yönetimde ne gibi değişiklikleri de beraberinde getirmesi gerektiğini genel hatları ile ortaya koyacaktır.
