ARMENIAN RELOCATION AND INTERNATIONAL LAW
Abstract
Discussions on the Armenian incidents of 1915 relates to historyand are not legal subject matters. Thus, any discussion on the mattershould be considered and limited in the context of general social sciencesresearch methodology. This is because the 1948 Genocide Convention isnot applicable ex post facto. Armenian relocation also does not qualify ascrime against humanity under the customary law because of the statuteof limitations first, and also, because the relocation decision was takenunder imperative military reasons
