Bu makale Ermeni soykırım iddialarının hukuki yönlerini ve iddialar çerçevesinde ortaya konan telafi ve tazminat taleplerini değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Makale; Ermeni iddialarının tarihi, ahlaki veya insanı boyutlarına değinmeyecektir.

Abstract

This paper intends to assess the legal aspects of the Armenian genocide claims and the compensation and/or reparation demands attached to it. This paper will not cover the historical, moral, or humanitarian aspects of the Armenian claims.
