Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı Ermeni terörü ve teröristlerinin hayat bulduğutabloyu bütün olarak görebilmekti. Bu amaçla terörün tarihi fonundaErmeni terörünün karakteristik özellikleri ve hedefleri edebiyat bilimininaraştırma ve inceleme yöntemleriyle tespit edildi. Toplanan verilerkarşılaştırma yöntemi kullanılarak değerlendirildi. Görüldü ki, FransızDevrimi terör tarihi için bir dönüm noktası olmuş. Devrimin sloganlarıve sembolleri özgürlük ateşini yakarken terör eylemlerine de öncülüketmiş. Dünya ülkeleri son dönemlerde, yüzlerce yıllık bilgi birikimi vedeneyimin verdiği olgunlukla terörle mücadele konusunda işbirliği yapmaeğilimindeler. 7 Ocak 2015 tarihinde Fransa’da yaşanan terör olayına verilenortak tepki bu eğilimin işareti olarak okunabilir. Bu tablo içinde, Osmanlıİmparatorluğu döneminden bugüne geçirmiş olduğu gelişim ve dönüşümevrelerini takip ederek tespit edilen olgu, Ermeni terörünün son derecedirengen olduğu ve değişen koşullara bağıl olarak mutasyon geçirdiğiydi

ARMENIAN TERROR DURING THE CHANGE IN THE PERCEPTION OF AND REACTION TOWARDS TERRORISM

Abstract

This paper aims to see in entirety the picture in which Armenianterrorism and the Armenian terrorists spring to life. To that end, thecharacteristics and the targets of Armenian terrorism were determinedwith the methods of research and analysis of literary science. The datathus gathered was evaluated using a comparative method. It has beenobserved that the French revolution was a turning point in the history ofterrorism. The revolutionary slogans and symbols, while lighting a fireunder freedom, also led the way for terrorist acts. In recent periods, thecountries around the world lean towards cooperation with the maturity ofaccumulation of knowledge and experience of hundreds of years. Thecommon reaction shown towards the terrorist attacks in France on 7January 2015 can be considered as a signal of this tendency. In thispicture, the phenomenon that is determined by keeping track of the phasesof progress and transformation the Ottoman Empire experienced from itsperiod to today is that Armenian terrorism was resistant to a great extentand had a mutation depending upon changing conditions
