Year 2019, Volume: 4 Issue: 2, 231 - 270, 15.11.2019

Abstract

Among
the factors that determine an organization’s effectiveness, values are critical
elements. However, little is known about the values of those who work in
schools. The research reported here is an initial step in exploring the value
orientations of educators in Greece. The findings are used to formulate
recommendations for extended investigations of Greek educators’ values and the
implications for school administration and leadership.
