Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, denetim alanı ile iş tatmini ilişkisini belirlemektir. Çalışmanın amaçları doğrultusunda geliştirilen hipotezleri test etmek için GAP Bölgesinde bulunan 6 işletmede çalışanlardan veriler elde edilmiş ve bu veriler, sıra farkları korelasyon tekniği ile analiz edilmiştir. Bu amaçla Adıyaman, Şanlıurfa ve Mardin’de imalat sektöründe çalışan 253 kişiden anket yöntemi ile veri toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, denetim alanı ile iş tatmini arasında olumlu yönde anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Çalışmalar sonunda, uygulamacılar ve gelecek çalışmalar için öneriler sunulmaktadır
Basic aim of this study is to determine relations between control field and job satisfaction. To test hypotheses was developed for the purpose of this study, obtained from employees of 6 companies in GAP Zone and these data were analyzed with correlation of sequence differences analysis methods. For this purpose, it was collected data by questionnaire method from 253 employees working in the manufacturing sector in Adıyaman, Şanlıurfa ve Mardin. According to the results of this study, it is proved that there is a positive and significant association between control field and job satisfaction. At the end, the results, managerial implications and suggestions for future research are presented

Candidate articles submitted for publication in the journal can be written in Turkish and English. Articles submitted to the journal must not have been previously published in another journal or sent to another journal for publication.
