This article is about the nuclear negotiations between Iran and P5+1. It defines the process of negotiation as political process in which both sides are required to make some concession. The study argues that Iran had to accept the terms of this agreement mainly because of its economic depression and political overextension. Economic sanctions employed against Iran caused substantial damage while the Iranian Government entered into costly military adventures in cases such as Syria and Yemen. As a result Iran was forced to sign an agreement which in fact will prevent Iran from its nuclear goal and more importantly bring a strict and permanent control over Iran. The study further argues that the belief that Iran will increase its relative power in the Middle East inevitably is based on a miscalculation. The increasing Iranian influence will cause balancing coalitions in the regain at the expanse of Iran
