Abstract

The main theme of this paper is 15 July failed military coup in context of civil-military relations. After the summary of the framework of the civil-military relations in the introduction I explained the military domination on the Turkish politics in the historical context. This paper analyse the main tenets and operation plan of the coup and there sentence against it in order to explain how it failed. Finally the paper analyses the new variations of the civil-military relations
