Abstract
The changing politics of the AK Party has been categorized into three areas. The first is the democratization of the state. Departing from a bureucratic understanding. national politics is now based on the political will of the people. The system that once allowed and supported military coups has been changed. The latest event relating to this is Turkey’s departure from the parliamentarian system. The second change occurred in Turkey’s relations with the rest of the world. The system established by the west is based on dependency extending from economy to politics and the elite. When this understanding of power and the groups that it is based on are liquidated relations with the IMF, World Bank and U.S. changed from dependency to mutual dependency. The third is the international model of dynamic growth of the accumulation model based on small and medium-sized enterprises put forward in the economy and carried out in the market economy
