Abstract
Modern turkey is one of the major states in regard to the international and regional aspect and in different, diplomatic, humanitarians and cultural grounds. By this qualifications, it could sustain itself as a member of the G20. In order to achieve this status in the international arena, certain means and methods are required in the African depth, considering the religious dimension of Ottoman Khilafat which lasted six centuries. And the struggles of the Ottoman sultan against crusade attacks in North Africa. All the above mentioned gives this paper important headway to strength the relation, to exchange the benefits and build a strong diplomatic Afro–Turkish relations
