This paper examines and analyzes the general outline of the governance model toward which Turkey transformed after the June 24th elections. It also embarks upon experiences of states governed by a presidential system. evaluating the President's authorities in public policy-making. its implementation. increasing its assessment capacity. as well as changes in the Cabinet and ministries. This paper believes that the republican presidential system needs to restructure the executive system. because a strong and sound body of executive power in a republican presidential system is one of the prerequisites for rapid and effective performance
