This study attempts to follow the current debate on religion and politics from an interpretative and analytical approach that combines political, sociological, philosophical, and historical theses focusing on the problems of the modern state and religion. Knowing that this is a small argumental piece compared to this remarkably developed debate in the West Europe and America since the 1980s, which is not alien to the historical development of Western political philosophy and theory. Instead, it can be considered a new turning point within the founding heritage of multiple forms human gatherings under the nation-state authority
