This research examines foreign aid as a tool of Turkish foreign policy and considers it one of the most important indicators of Turkish foreign policy performance over the past fifteen years. The research emphasizes that foreign aid has increased during the AKP governments, a trend that can be expected to continue in the upcoming years. It is observed that the increase in Foreign aid in some countries is an economic and political product. There has been a positive development in Turkey's reputation in the public opinion; particularly, in areas where there is a considerable increase in foreign aid. The researcher calls to benefit from the Foreign aid by turning it into a tool that brings about tangible results in the areas of political and strategic cooperation
