Migration and asylum are complex crises in the Arab region. Migration and asylum are similar in that they are both acts of movement from one country to another for a specific reason be it political, security, economic, or social. while they differ concerning the will of this movement; migration may be optional, while asylum is compulsory. As for the Arab region, the movement is mostly forced. The region has witnessed the longest and most complex refugee crisis: the Palestinian refugees' displacement since 1948; and the refugee crisis of Iraqis and Syrians, which has repercussions in for countries that export and receive refugees. Thus, it is necessary to find radical solutions for this crisis and its consequences
