The most considerable contribution to the formation of social policies is supporting disadvantaged individuals and groups for any reasons compared to others in the society, overcoming social, cultural, environmental problems and providing religious, health, political and other services. The fulfillment of these vital services to the social structure, does not have a direct economic return to the institutions working on fulfilling them. In this regard, the need for the NGOs and the awareness of the significance of the tasks they undertake increases day by day. Nontheless, there are millions of forcibly displaced people contended with severe conditions, and deprived of access to health and social services, not to mention work, income and emergent humanitarian aid. This research refers to nongovermental organizations’ effect and contribution to social policies in the face of immigration and its repercussions
