Abstract
The current study attempts to examine Turkey's policy towards immigration, especially after the war in Syria. According to it, the Turkish government has achieved great organizational success both in the shelter and the humanitarian aid during the Syrian refugee crisis. It reinforced her success with legal arrangements related to migration and managed to achieve Institutionalized immigration policy through the Directorate General of Migration. Therefore, for the sake of transforming migration from a curse to a blessing, social harmonic policies should be as diversified as it can be and implemented quickly on the ground
