The Turkish "Peace Spring" operation on October 9, 2019, changed the field scene that was distinguished by formal stability in the interest of self-management, as the process ended the dominance of the dominant security bloc, which controlled the scene in the Turkish presence in both Tal Abyad and Ras al-Ain with Russian and American blessings. The agreements can be described as not yet complete. But they achieved the primary task of ending the previous political project, pushing the Syrian Democratic Forces' attention towards an arrangement with the regime and Russia, and accepting a ceiling different from the previous. The process changed regional balances and pushed towards the unfinished "Adana 2" understandings, opening the way for Turkey to structure the border areas in security, then heading to Idlib to develop new formulas of Russian-Turkish understandings there
