Abstract

تُعَدّ الانتخابات عامةً والانتخابات البرلمانية خاصةً أحد أهم الآليات الديمقراطية التي بموجبها يستطيع المواطن ممثّلًا في الأحزاب السياسية المشاركة سياسيًّا في إدارة الحكم. ومن هذا المنطلق تهدف هذه الدراسة، في أحد جوانبها، إلى إبراز مكانة السلطة التشريعية في المشهد السياسي الجزائري باعتبارها أحد أهم التجليات التي تعكس نتائج العملية الانتخابية. ومن جانب آخر تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم قراءة سياسية في نتائج الانتخابات البرلمانية الأخيرة التي أُجرِيت في 12 جوان 2021، من خلال عرض ملامح الخريطة السياسية ومكانة الأحزاب السياسية المؤثرة في الحياة السياسية بغية فهم الانعكاسات الحقيقة لنتائج الانتخابات، وتخمين السيناريوهات المستقبلية المتوقعة لمسار المشهد السياسي الجزائري.

An Analysis of the Ramifications of the 2021 Algerian Legislative Elections

Abstract

Elections in general , and parliamentary elections in particular, are regarded as one of the most important democratic mechanisms through which citizens or political parties can participate politically in government administration. On this premise, the purpose of this research is to highlight the legislative authority's role in the Algerian political landscape as one of the most important expressions of the election process. This research, on the other hand, attempts to offer a political interpretation of the outcomes of the recent parliamentary elections held on June 12, 2021, by showing the navigation of the political map and the position of political parties affecting Algerian political life, in order to comprehend the true
ramifications of the election results and forecast the predicted future scenarios for the course of the elections Algeria's political landscape.
