Abstract
يهدف كتاب الأستاذ الدكتور محمد أوزكان بعنوان «العالم خارج الغرب: آفاق السياسة الخارجية في الهند وجنوب إفريقيا وتركيا» إلى توفير منظور جديد يتجاوز النظرة الغربية المركزية في مجال العلاقات الدولية. يتناول الكتاب موضوع أفق السياسة الخارجية لثلاث قوى صاعدة غير غربية، هي: الهند وجنوب إفريقيا وتركيا؛ أي يتنازل نظرتها إلى العالم، وطرقها في تطوير السياسة، من خلال فهم السياق الثقافي والتاريخي.
