Al (m) anya : “Tatlı Vatan”? Emekli Göçü ve Yerel Etkileri

Abstract

Bu makale Avrupa’dan Türkiye’ye gelen ve emekli göçü olarak
bilinen fenomene  odaklanmıştır. Bu
fenomene bağlı olarak 2000’lerden itibaren hızla yükselen bir şekilde
Türkiye’nin rivierası olarak bilinen
güney sahillerine yerleşen bir “yerleşik yabancı” kitlesinden söz edilebilir.
Bu tipte bir göç şekli Türkiye’de 
ulusal, yerel ve uluslararası 
düzlemde tartışmalar yaratmış, özellikle konu popüler söyleme “yabancıya
toprak satışı” olarak yansımıştır. Makale meseleye yerel düzlemden bakmayı
hedeflemiş ve saha çalışması teknikleri kullanılarak Alanya’daki Alman
göçmenlere halkın verdiği tepkilere odaklanmıştır. Özellikle “yabancı” kavramı
ve algısı temel teorik tartışmanın zeminini oluşturmaktadır.
