İŞLETME ÇALIŞANLARININ ÖRGÜTSEL ADALET ALGILARININ İŞ DOYUMLARI ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ: EDİRNE’DE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Year 2023, Volume: 12 Issue: 2, 151 - 171, 23.06.2023

Abstract

THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE PERCEPTIONS OF BUSINESS EMPLOYEES ON JOB SATISFACTION: A STUDY IN EDIRNE

Year 2023, Volume: 12 Issue: 2, 151 - 171, 23.06.2023

Abstract

Today, globalization and increasing competition make it difficult for businesses to maintain their existence. The most important element that will ensure the continuation and continuity of the enterprises is the presence of qualified employees. Recruiting new employees, providing the necessary training and ensuring that they have sufficient experience is a difficult process, both time and financially. Therefore, holding the trained, well-equipped and experienced employees will provide a competitive advantage. This will contribute to both the performance of the enterprise and its efficiency and productivity. The permanent stay and high performance of the employees in the company depend on some factors. When employees perceive that they are treated fairly both in terms of rewards such as wages, promotions, raises, and the procedures applied, and also, when they feel satisfaction in terms of the organization they work and the work they do, this will contribute positively to both their own productivity and the efficiency of the business. In this study, a survey was conducted in Edirne based on primary data in order to examine the effect of organizational justice perceptions of employees on job satisfaction, and the data obtained from 415 participants were analyzed with the SPSS statistical program. According to the results, it was seen that three sub-dimensions of organizational justice, distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice, had a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of the participants, and the increase in the organizational justice perceptions of the employees participating in the research increased their job satisfaction positively.
