KAMU MALİYESİ AÇISINDAN İSLAMİYET'TE YOKSULLUĞUN GÖRÜNÜMÜ VE İSLAMİ MİKROFİNANSIN KULLANILABİLİRLİĞİ
Abstract
Dünya üzerinde yaşayan insanlar çeşitli inançlara sahip olabilmektedir. Bu
inançlar sadece sosyal ve siyasi değil; iktisadi ve mali alanlarda da etkide
bulunmaktadır.
Faiz kavramından çekinen Müslüman ve yoksul bireyler için İslami mikrofinans,
finansal sisteme dahil olma açısından oldukça uygun bir alternatiftir. Ancak
uygulamalar bakımından mikrofinans kuruluşları sayısında olan eksiklik ve İslami
mikrofinans ürünlerini kullanan kadınların geleneksel mikrofinans sistemine göre
daha az olması İslami mikrofinansın zayıf tarafıdır. Bu eksiklikler giderildiği
takdirde de söz konusu sistemin daha güçlü olması olasıdır.
Bu çalışmada, İslami mikrofinansın hem iktisadi anlamda hem de hukuki ve mali
anlamda finansal ürünlerin yasal altyapısı vurgulanmıştır

Abstract
The people who live in the world can have various beliefs. These beliefs not only
affect social and political areas but also affect economic and fiscal areas. And
Islamic microfinance is the result of these effects.
In terms of entering the financial system, Islamic microfinance is quite suitable
for the Muslim and poor individuals who beware the notion of interest. But with
respect to the applications, deficiencies of the number of microfinance institutions
and that women using Islamic microfinance products is less than the women using
conventional microfinance products are the weak sides of Islamic microfinance. If
these deficiencies are corrected, it is possible that the system becomes stronger.
In this study, it is stressed that both poverty dimension of Islamic microfinance in
the economic sense and legal infrastructure of financial products in the judicial
and fiscal sense.
