DÖNÜŞÜMCÜ LİDERLİK YENİLİKÇİ İŞ DAVRANIŞI GRUP UYUMU

Abstract

Dönüşümcü liderler, grup üyelerinin yenilikçi fikirleri anlama, takdir etme ve destekleme yoluyla öğrenmesi ve geliştirmesi için fırsatlar yaratmakta ve grup üyeleri, daha büyük yenilikçi davranışlarla sonuçlanan statükoya meydan okuma korkusunun üste- sinden gelebilmektedirler. Kısacası, motive edici bir iklim yaratan dönüşümcü liderler aynı zamanda yenilikçi bir atmosfer yaratacak ve bu da grup üyelerinin yenilik yapma olasılığının daha yüksek olmasını sağlayacaktır (Feng, Huang & Zhang, 2016). Grup uyumu grubun üyeleri arasındaki karşılıklı olumlu tutumların sayısından ve gücünden çıkarılan grup özelliğidir (Lott ve Lott,1965) Bu çalışmanın amacı, dönüşümcü liderlik davranışlarının yenilikçi iş davranışına etkisinde grup uyumunun aracılık etkisini araştırmaktır. Tunceli Devlet Hastanesi çalışanları çalışmanın ana kütlesini oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın sonucunda dönüşümcü liderlik ve alt boyutlarından idealleştirilmiş etki ve entelektüel teşvikin yenilikçi iş davranışını anlamlı etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada, grup uyumu, dönüşümcü liderlik (idealleştirilmiş etki, entelektüel teşvik, ilham verici motivasyon, bireysel ilgi) alt boyutları ile yenilikçi iş davranışı arasındaki ilişkide aracı rolü oynayacaktır hipotezleri reddedilmiştir.
