İNSAN KAYNAKLARI YÖNETİMİ UYGULAMALARI VE ÖRGÜT KÜLTÜRÜ TİPLERİNİN ÇALIŞAN PERFORMANSI ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİLERİNİ İNCELEMEYE YÖNELİK AMPİRİK BİR ÇALIŞMA

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı insan kaynakları yönetimi (İKY) uygulamaları ve örgüt kültürünün çalışan performansı üzerindeki etkilerini araştırmaktır. Çalışmada öncelikle hangi İKY uygulamalarının çalışan performansını etkilediği araştırılmış ardından da örgüt kültürü tiplerinin çalışan performansı üzerindeki etkilerine bakılmıştır. Son olarak da örgüt kültürünün İKY uygulamaları ve çalışan performansı ilişkisindeki ara değişken etkisine bakılmıştır. 78 firmada çalışan toplam 425 kişi üzerinde anketler uygulanmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre İKY uygulamalarından personeli seçme ve işe alma, takım çalışması, çapraz eğitim ve performansları hakkında çalışanlara geri bildirim verme, çalışan performansını arttırmaktadır. Örgüt kültürü tiplerinden ise pazar kültürünün çalışan performansını arttırdığı gözlemlenmiştir. Örgüt kültürünün İKY uygulamaları-çalışan performansı ilişkisinde kısmi ara değişken olduğu görülmüştür.
