DUYGUSAL ZEKÂ VE SOSYAL PROBLEM ÇÖZME BECERİSİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİDE GÜNLÜK YARATICILIĞIN ARACI ROLÜ

Abstract

Bireylerin başarısı, kendi ve başkalarının duygularını anlaması, dengeleyebilmesi
ve yönetebilmesine bağlıdır. Çalışanlar günlük yaşamda sosyal problemlerle sık karşılaşırlar,
bu problemler karşısında duygularını yöneterek alternatif çözümler üretmek
durumunda kalırlar. Bu araştırmanın genel amacı, duygusal zekâ ve öz/ günlük yaratıcılığın
sosyal problem çözme becerisi üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesi ve duygusal zekâ
ve sosyal problem çözme becerisi arasındaki ilişkide günlük yaratıcılığın aracı rolünün
belirlenmesidir. Araştırma, kesitsel olarak Sağlık Yönetimi Bölümü öğrencilerinin katılımı ile sürdürülmüştür.
Veri toplama aracı olarak Sosyal Problem Çözme Becerisi Ölçeği,
Kaufman Alanları Yaratıcılık Ölçeği ve Duygusal Zekâ Özellik Ölçeği–Kısa Formu kullanılmıştır.
Analizler sonucu duygusal zekâ ve öz/ günlük yaratıcılık ve sosyal problem
çözme becerisi arasında anlamlı, orta düzeyde ve pozitif ilişkiler olduğu, duygusal zekâ
ile sosyal problem çözme becerisi arasındaki ortaya çıkan ilişkide ise günlük yaratıcılığın
aracı etkisi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu araştırma, duygusal zekânın öz/ günlük yaratıcılık
ve sosyal problem çözme becerisi üzerindeki etkisini belirleme açısından anlamlıdır.
