KARANLIK ÜÇLÜ KİŞİLİK ÖZELLİKLERİ, PSİKOLOJİK AYRICALIK, GÖRELİ YOKSUNLUK VE İŞTEN AYRILMA NİYETİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİLER ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı Batı Akdeniz Bölgesinde (Antalya, Burdur, Isparta) Devlet Üniversitelerinde görev yapan akademisyenlerde karanlık üçlü kişilik özelliklerini oluşturan Makyavelizm, subkliniknarsisiszm ve subklinik psikopati ile psikolojik ayrıcalık arasındaki ilişkiyi ve bu iki kişilik özelliği ile göreli yoksunluk ve işten ayrılma niyeti arasındaki ilişkileri incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Batı Akdeniz Bölgesinde görev yapan 202 akademisyen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket formundan yararlanılmıştır. Anket formu karanlık üçlü kişilik özellikleri, psikolojik ayrıcalık, göreli yoksunluk ve işten ayrılma niyeti ölçekleri ile demografik sorulardan oluşmaktadır. Veriler kartopu örnekleme yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler SPSS 22.0 ve AMOS 21.0 programları kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde betimleyici istatistikler Pearson korelasyon, basit doğrusal regresyon ve çoklu regresyon analizlerinde faydalanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre karanlık üçlü kişilik özelliklerinden subklinik narsisizmin psikolojik ayrıcalık üzerinde, Makyavelizm ve subklinik psikopatinin işten ayrılma niyeti üzerinde etkileri olduğu, göreli yoksunluk üzerinde ise etkilerinin olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Psikolojik ayrıcalık ise hem işten ayrılma niyeti hem de göreli yoksunluk üzerinde etkilidir. Çalışmanın Türkçe literatürde istenmeyen sonuçları olan karanlık üçlü kişilik özellikleri ile özellikle de psikolojik ayrıcalık ile ilgili fazla çalışma bulunmaması ve olumsuz sonuçları olan kişilik özelliklerinin birbirleriyle ve olası olumsuz sonuçlarıyla ilişkilerinin incelendiği nadir çalışmalardan biri olması nedeniyle sonraki çalışmalara yol gösterici öncü bir çalışma niteliğinde olduğu düşünülmektedir.
