GERONTEKNOLOJİDE KİŞİSEL EMNİYET ÇÖZÜMLERİ

Abstract

Bu makalede geronteknolojide emniyet unsurunun önemi ortaya çıkarılmış,
geronemniyet kavramı ile konu önemli ve farklı bir boyutta incelenmiştir. Geronteknolojide
bilginin önemi ortaya konularak, örgün ve yaygın eğitim ile farkındalık
yaratılması gerektiği konusu üzerinde durulmuştur.
Konu
hakkında yapılmış nitel ve nicel araştırmalar birlikte değerlendirilmiş,
gerontoloji ve geronteknolojinin emniyet unsuru ile birlikte düşünülmesi
gerektiği, kişisel emniyetin teknoloji tasarımında dikkate alınması gereken
mutlak bir unsur olduğu hususları ile geronteknoloji ve kişisel emniyet için
örgün ve yaygın eğitimin önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu makale ile
geronteknoloji ve gerontoloji konuları araştırılmış, kişisel emniyet çözümleri
hakkındaki düşünce ve gözlemler birlikte değerlendirilerek kişisel emniyet
prensipleri oluşturulmuştur.

WOMEN’S CONTRIBUTION OF LABOR FORCE AND APPROACH TO ORGANIZATION IN AGRICULTURE ENTERPRISES: CASE OF TRAKYA REGION

Abstract

This study is conducted in Thrace Region, which is a significant agricultural area in Turkey,

women’s contribution of labor force and approach to organization are analyzed through questionnaires

in villages randomly selected by sampling in two groups consisting of women, who participate in

production activities together with their spouses (383) and self-employed women (94).

When we evaluate the results, it is observed that women mostly contribute to the labor force as

unpaid employees in their family businesses, but there is a considerable number of self-employed

women in this region.

When women’s view of organization in rural areas is reviewed, it is observed that 43.9% of women

want to be a part of an established organization. 47% of women want to play an active role in an

economic organization. More than half of these women state that they do not want to work actively

(53%).
