Abstract
Hastaneler sağlık sisteminin önemli bir ögesidir ve sağlık bakım kaynaklarının önemli
bir kısmı hastanelerde harcanır. Bu nedenle, hastaneleri daha verimli yönetmenin ve
hastane performansını artırmanın yollarını belirlemek önemlidir.
Literatür performansın hizmeti sunanlar arasındaki etkileşimden etkilenebileceğini
göstermektedir. Etkileşim; hastanedeki kültür, liderlik, koordinasyon, iletişim ve çatışma
yönetimi becerilerini içermektedir. Bu alanda yapılan araştırmaların önemli bir
bölümü, hastanelerde çalışan iki büyük mesleki grup olan doktorlar ve hemşirelere
odaklanmıştır. Bu makalede, doktor-hemşire etkileşiminin hastane performansına etkisi
ile ilgili literatür gözden geçirilmektedir
Abstract
Hospitals are an important component of the health care system, and a significant portion of health care resources are spent in hospitals. Thus, it is important to identify ways of more efficiently managing hospitals and increasing hospital performance.The literature has showed that performance may be affected by caregiver interaction comprising the culture, leadership, coordination, communication, and conflict management abilities of the hospital. Much of the research in this area focused on physicians and nurses, two large professional groups working in the hospital. In this paper, the literature related to the impact of physician-nurse interaction on hospital performance is reviewed
