Vinil Pivalat-ko-Maleik Anhidrit Kopolimerinin Sentezi ve Reaktivite Oranlarının Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Maleik
Anhidrit (MA) ve vinil Pivalat (VP)’ın birbirleri ile reaksiyona girebilme
yeteneğinin ve kopolimer yapısındaki dizilimlerinin belirlenebilmesi için
VP-ko-MA kopolimeri farklı besleme oranlarında çalışılarak sentezlenmiştir.
Sentezlenen VP-ko-MA kopolimer yapısının aydınlatılabilmesi için kızılötesi
(FT-IR) ve nükleer manyetik rezonans spektroskopilerinden (1H-NMR)
ve jel geçirgenlik kromotografisinden yararlanılmıştır. Ayrıca sentezlemiş olan
VP-ko-MA kopolimerinin volumetrik olarak asit sayıları, titrimetrik yöntemle
Kohezif Enerji Yoğunluğu (KEY) değerleri bulunmuştur. Kopolimer bileşimindeki
monomerlerin mol fraksiyonlarının FT-IR ve 1H-NMR spektroskopisi
yardımıyla tayini yapılmış olup Fineman-Ross ve Kelen-Tüdos metotları
yardımıyla da VP-ko-MA kopolimerinin reaktivite oranları belirlenmiştir.

Determination of Reactivity Ratios and Synthesis of Vinyl Pivalate-co-Maleic Anhydride Copolymer

Abstract

In this study, VP-ko-MA
copolymer was synthesized by studying at different feed ratios to determine the
order of the copolymer structure and the ability to react with Vinyl Pivalate
(VP) of maleic anhydride (MA). The structures of the synthesized VP-co-MA
copolymers were elucidate by FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy and gel
permeation chromatography. In addition, Cohesive Energy Density (KEY) values
with titrimetric method and acid numbers as volumetric of the synthesized
VP-co-MA copolymers were determined. The mole fractions of the monomers in the
copolymer composition were determined by FT-IR and 1H-NMR
spectroscopy and the reactivity ratios of VP-co-MA copolymer were determined by
Fineman-Ross and Kelen-Tudos methods.
