SPEKTROMETRİK YAĞ ANALİZİ

Abstract

Spektrometrik yağ analizi, yağlama sıvısı numunelerinde aşınmış metallerin tipini ve miktarını belirlemek için kullanılan bir yöntemdir. Bu amaçla, yaygın olarak atomik emisyon disk elektrot spektrometresi kullanılmaktadır. Bu analizlerle aşınmış metal derişiminin artışı takip edilir. Böylece, anormal bir aşınmış metal oluşum seviyesi tespit edildiğinde, bunların tipi ve miktarı aşınan parçalara ilişkin ipuçları sağlar. Ancak, spektrometrik yağ analiz yöntemi sadece küçük parçacıkları belirlemekte olup, yağlama sıvısındaki aşınmış metal miktarında anormal bir artış ile karakterize edilen arızaları teşhis etmede etkilidir. Bu çalışmada, demir elementinin anormal seviyede olduğunu gösteren sonuçlar elde edilen bir GTC85-180 motor yağı analizi arıza teşhisine örnek olarak verilmiştir. Laboratuvarın tavsiyelerine göre, motor çalıştırılmaya devam edilmiş ve bir dizi yağ numunesi alınmıştır. Anormal seviyelerde demir, bakır ve alüminyum element derişimleri tespit edilmiştir. Motor söküldüğünde; aşırı burç aşınması, dişli kırılması ve alüminyum esaslı pompa gövdesinde aşınma görülmüştür

SPECTROMETRIC OIL ANALYSIS

Abstract

Spectrometric oil analysis is a tool for determining type and amount of wear metals in lubrication fluid samples. For this purpose, atomic emission disc electrode spectrometry is widely used. The increasing of wear metal concentration is monitored by these analyzes . Thus, when an abnormal level of production wear metals detected, the type and quantity of them provide clues concerning the parts being worn. However, the spectrometric oil analysis method identifies only small particles and is effective in diagnosing failures characterized by an abnormal increase in the amount of worn metal in the lubricating fluid. In this study, GTC85-180 engine oil analysis has been given as an example for detecting a failure, of which results showed iron was abnormal level. According to the laboratory recommendations continued to run the engine and a series of oil samples have been taken. Iron, copper and also aluminum elements concentrations have been detected in abnormal levels. When the engine dissambled; excessive bushing wear, gear fracture and wear on the aluminum based pump housing have been observed
