IMPACTS OF EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION ON INNOVATION CAPACITY AND ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING

Abstract

This study was designed for assessing the impacts of related progress on organization‘s innovation capacity and organizational learning, with the assumption that it will ease ensuring participation of employees to the decision taking progress performed for making choice among the choices, sharing, interpreting and transferring the information needed during choice. Data was analyzed with Pearson correlation and linear regression analyses using the data collected from academicians in Selcuk University Selcuklu Faculty of Medicine‘s Hospital with the survey prepared by using developed scales with an information intensive organization. It was determined that there is a strong, positive and meaningful relation between employees‘ participation to decision making progress and the organization‘s innovation capacity and organizational learning, and the related process (in accordance with the results of studies previously made on the subject) affects innovation capacity and organizational learning in positive way.
