THE EFFECT OF PARTICIPATIVE MANAGEMENT ON ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AND CREATIVITY

Abstract

In organisations, to make a decisions is not enough to take a result; it needs to carry them out. And the optimum implementation needs a large participation and consensus. As that, the participativeness is the other name of the effort to constitute that consensus. If the participativeness can constitute sufficiently establishes a positive commitment between organisation and employee. The employee who socialized by becoming a united whole with his organisation and adopted its culture and values starts to spend its time, genius and energy for the aim of its organisation. Now the organizations can be successful If they bring to light that creative potancial and get the creative ideas. And it depends on constitution of a participative and creative organisation’s climate and existence of employee who created positive commitment between its organization and himself within that climate The result of the research on six companies in sector of manufacture proved the existence of relation between participativeness, commitment and creativity above mentioned in sum. As that result there is significant positive relation between participativeness and commitment; and increase at the level of participativeness increases the commitment. And findings of the research determined significant positive relation between participativeness and creativity too; namely if participativeness increases, creativity will also increase.
