Abstract

The study in which the 1929 Economic Depression and the triggering causes and effects of the existing Global Financial Crisis, and the measures that were taken after the crisis were examined, the Great Depression and the recent Global Crisis are compared in terms of their origins and the macro-economic consequences. In terms of origins and consequences of crises carries many similarities but also shows differences. With the lessons learned from the history the governments explained rescue packages, reaching trillion dollars that more than the New Deal billion dollars cautions. Measures which has been taken to avoid the Global Crisis not being as long and deep as Great Depression. In the last part of the study, the two major crises that affect the world in many ways also their impacts on Turkey's economy and the measures taken afterly has been examined

1929 EKONOMİK BUHRANI İLE SON DÖNEM GLOBAL KRİZİN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract

1929 Ekonomik Buhranı ile yaşanmakta olan Global Kriz’in çıkış nedenleri, etkileri, kriz sonrası alınan tedbirlerin incelendiği çalışmada, Büyük Buhran ve son dönem Küresel Kriz kökenleri ve makro ekonomik sonuçları açısından karlaştırılmaktadır. Krizler çıkış kökenleri ve sonuçları açısından pek çok benzerlik taşımakla beraber farklılıklar da göstermektedir. Tarihten alınan derslerle hükümetlerin açıkladığı kurtarma paketleri, milyar dolarlara ulaşan New Deal uygulamalarını geçerek trilyon dolarlara ulaşmıştır. Küresel Kriz’in Büyük buhran kadar derin ve uzun olmaması için alınan önlemler devam etmektedir. Çalışmanın son bölümünde ise, dünyayı pek çok yönden etkileyen iki büyük krizin Türkiye ekonomisi üzerindeki etkileri ve sonralarında alınan önlemler incelenmektedir.
