Abstract
Marketing comes face to face with a new paradigm which is called as relational marketing.
Although the concept of relation marketing has been a rising as well as an interesting
subject in marketing theory and applications in recent years, its past in commercial life is
based on very ancients because of its main idea. Relation marketing has been assumed as a
method which results in positive feedbacks both for customers and marketers and which is
used in developing customer loyalty. In service sector, long-term and close relations with the
customer have a key importance for creating customer loyalty. In this research, the concept of
relation marketing will be evaluated in general terms within service sector.
