Abstract

Nowadays the expectation of health system shareholders is developing according to be a social state principles. For reaching the expectations it must be done for getting benefit from continuously developing technology, accumulation of scientific informations. The health system authority are must be use the new informations and they must acting speedly to variate the system for corresponding new expectations which are continuously developing. The aim of this study is researching the practicability of the poverty of variation in Turkish health sector with a strategic management model of Balanced Scored Card. In this direction a strategic performance evaluation made in health sector and it is analyze with sample of Afyon Kocatepe University Hospital.
