Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to explain the terms related to strategy and strategical management and give information about an empirical study in this subject. This study has there phases. In the first part of the study, in conceptual outline the concept of the strategy and the concepts that related to the strategy are explained, the relationship between the strategy and vision-mission are displayed by mentioning the historical development of the strategy. In the second part; the concept of strategically management and its importance, and tools that are used in strategically management and techniques are explicated. In the last part of the study; an empirical study has been applied to examine to display the perspective of strategically management of first 500 firms that having operations in Konya of Turkey.

İLK 500’DE FAALİYET GÖSTEREN KONYA’DAKİ İŞLETMELERİN STRATEJİK YÖNETİME BAKIŞ AÇILARI, SORUNLARI VE ÇÖZÜM ÖNERİLERİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı strateji ve stratejik yönetim ile ilgili kavramları açıklamak ve bu konuya ilişkin ampirik bir çalışma hakkında bilgi vermektir. Çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölüm kavramsal çerçevede; strateji kavramı ve strateji ile ilişkili kavramlar açıklanmış, stratejinin tarihsel gelişimine değinilerek, strateji ile vizyon-misyon ilişkisi ortaya konulmuştur. İkinci bölümde; stratejik yönetim kavramı ve önemi ile stratejik yönetimde kullanılan araç ve teknikler irdelenmiştir. Son bölümünde ise; Konya’da faaliyet gösteren Türkiye’de ilk 500’e girmiş işletmelerin stratejik yönetime bakış açılarını ve sorunlarını ortaya koymak amacıyla ampirik bir çalışma yapılmıştır.
