Abstract

One of the most important problems to come over among manufacturers is the achievement and sustainability of the quality. The quality of a product is the result of a process, for a raw material to pass through for being a final product. Though, among the main process and additionally, secondary processes, there is an effort to capture the the target quality. One of these efforts is called ‘Quality Oriented Process Development Analysis’. The basic effort among these analysis aims to define the kinds of faults and decrease their effect those consults in inquality. The definition of the kinds of faults is somewhat a ‘Risk Analysis’. For this, statistical methods and quantitative, qualitative methods of mathematics and simulation could be applied. Fault Type and Effects Analysis is the mostly applied method as it is easy and practical to be evaluated quantitatively. The aim of this study is to define and decrease the effects of negative factors. There are two parts including risk analysis and process development. At the first stage, definition of risk factors is done and priority indicator is calculated through their importance. At the second stage, starting from the most important risk factor, efforts to prevent the risks is analysed.

ÜRETİMDE KALİTE ODAKLI SÜREÇ GELİŞTİRME ANALİZİ: PANEL PRES KAPI ÜRETİM ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract

Üretim işletmelerinde en önemli sorunlardan birisi ürünlerde kalite normlarının sağlanması ve sürekliliğidir. Ürün kalitesi hammaddeden ürünün son haline kadar geçen sürecin bir sonucudur. Bu nedenle ana üretim süreci ve onu oluşturan alt süreçlerde kaliteyi sağlamak için çalışmalar yürütülür. Bu çalışmalardan birisi kalite odaklı süreç geliştirme analizleridir. Bu analizlerde temel hedef kalitesizliği oluşturan hata türlerinin belirlenmesi ve azaltılmasıdır. Hata türlerinin belirlenmesi bir risk analizidir. Bu konuda başta istatistiksel yöntemler olmak üzere matematiksel ve simulasyona dayalı, nicel veya nitel yöntemler kullanılabilir. Bu yöntemler içersinde nitel değerlendirmeye açık olması, kolay ve pratik uygulanabilirliği açısından Hata Türü ve Etkileri Analizi (HTEA) öne çıkmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, bir kapı üretim sürecinde ürün kalitesini olumsuz etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi ve azaltılmasıdır. Çalışma risk analizi ve süreç geliştirme olmak üzere iki aşamadan oluşmaktadır. İlk aşamada risk faktörlerinin belirlenmekte ve risk öncelik göstergesi (RÖG) hesaplanarak önem düzeylerine göre sıralanmaktadır. İkinci aşamada ise risk faktörlerinin en önemlisinden başlamak üzere risklerin azaltılması için önlem ve çalışmalar yer almaktadır.
