Abstract

The motivation is the conception that not only important for employee but also closely related to the managers. The effectiveness and success of institutions depends on the effectiveness and success of managers rather than the employees. It is desirable that the managers being the indispensible (vital) part of all institutions and organization should work willingly without any pressures. However proulded that they ar happy and comfortable, managers can be succesfull. The aim of this study is to determine the todays and futures expectation of managers and to realize the statisfaction levels of managers in job envorienment.

Abstract

Motivasyon, sadece çalışanları değil, yöneticileri de yakından ilgilendiren bir kavramdır. Kurumların etkinliği ve başarısı çalışanlardan ziyade yöneticilerin etkinliğine ve başarısına da bağlıdır. Bütün kurum ve kuruluşların can damarı olan yöneticilerin diğer çalışanlar gibi hiçbir zorlanma olmaksızın kendi istekleri ile çalışması, arzu edilmektedir. Ancak yöneticiler huzurlu ve mutlu olurlarsa başarılı olabilirler. Bu çalışmanın amacı, yöneticilerin şimdiki ve gelecekteki beklentilerini tespit etmek ve iş yerlerindeki tatmin düzeylerini ortaya koymaktır.
