Abstract
Recently our country has entered a new process of change and development about many
fields, especially that makes lots of effort to reach at high-level as developed country in
financial system and tries to have necessary legal and structural amendments. This effort is
also seen in accounting and audit field, and accounting and audit legislation and applications
have experienced vital changes. In particular, since the beginning of 1980s, our country has
given importance institutional structures to keep pace with these changes in international
fields and to adapt changes to our country at the international level and has applied to legal
amendments in this framework. This study systematically deals with legal and structural
changes in independent audit for our country.
Abstract
Ülkemiz son yıllarda pek çok alanda bir değişim ve gelişim sureci içine girmiş ve özellikle mali sistem alanında gelişmiş ülke düzeyine ulaşabilmek için gerekli yasal ve yapısal değişimleri gerçekleştirmek için büyük çaba sarf etmektedir. Bu caba muhasebe ve denetim alanında da sonuçlarını göstermiş ve muhasebe ve denetim mevzuatında ve uygulamalarında önemli değişimler olmuştur. Özellikle 1980’li yılların başında itibaren ülkemiz uluslar arası alanda meydana gelen bu değişimlere ayak uydurmak ve değişimleri ulusal düzeyde ülkemize adapte etmek için kurum düzeyinde gerekli yapılanmalar yapılmaya başlanmış ve bu çerçevede yasal düzenlemelere gidilmiştir. Bu çalışma ülkemizde bağımsız denetim alanında meydana gelen yasal ve yapısal değişiklikleri sistematik bir şekilde incelemektedir.
