ALGILANAN İŞ GÜVENCESİZLİĞİ, İŞ TATMİNİ VE BİREY-ÖRGÜT UYUMU KAVRAMLARI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİLER

Abstract

Son
yıllarda birçok ülkede yaşanan finansal krizler organizasyonları küçülme,
birleşme ve yeniden yapılanma gibi örgütsel değişikliklere maruz bırakmakta ve
nihayetinde büyük ölçüde işten çıkarmalarla sonuçlanmaktadır. Bu durum
çalışanlarda ciddi oranda bir iş güvencesizliği algısının oluşmasına yol
açmaktadır. Bu çalışmada birçok olumsuz tutum ve davranışa yol açan, olumlu bir
takım tutum ve davranışta negatif etkisi olan iş güvencesizliği algısının önemi
üzerinde durularak
birey-örgüt uyumu ve iş
tatmini ile olan ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Öncelikle iş güvencesizliği, iş
tatmini ve birey-örgüt uyumu kavramsal çerçevede açıklanmış, daha sonra ilgili
kavramların ilişkileri bir alan araştırmasıyla ortaya konmuştur.
Araştırma verileri tekstil sektöründe faaliyette bulunan bir
işletmenin çalışanları üzerinden anket yöntemiyle toplanmıştır.
Veriler yapısal eşitlik modellemesiyle analiz
edilmiş ve elde edilen bulgular aktarılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre birey-örgüt
uyumu ile iş güvencesizliği algısı boyutları
arasında ve iş tatmini ile iş güvencesizliği algısı boyutları arasında anlamlı
bir ilişki görülmemektedir. Sadece birey-örgüt uyumu ile iş tatmini
arasındaki ilişki anlamlıdır ve birey-örgüt uyumu iş tatmini üzerinde pozitif
yönde açıklayıcı etkiye sahiptir.
