Âşıkların Di̇li̇nde ‘Elma - Sevgi̇li̇’ İli̇şkisi

Abstract

Elma, Türk halk edebiyatı ve folklorunda bir motif olarak bolluğun, bereketin, zürriyetin, yaşamın, sağlığın sembolü olarak sözlü ve yazılı kaynaklarda kullanılagelmiştir. Bu çalışmada da, âşık edebiyatının temsilcileri olan âşıkların/ozanların şiirlerinde sevgililerin fizikî özelliklerinin ifade edilmesinde renginden, şeklinden ve tadından dolayı elmanın bir benzetme unsuru olarak kullanılması ele alınmıştır.

‘‘Apple-Darling” Relation in The Sayings of Troubadours

Abstract

The apple which has been used in written and oral sources as a symbol of abundance, fertility, descendance, life and health is a motif in Turkish folk literature and folklore. The troubadors who are the representatives of troubadour literature have used the apple to describe the physical properties of the darlings in their poems as a simile item by using its color, shape and taste. And this study aims to show the usage of the apple in folk literature
