Kadmiyum Toksisitesine Karşı Humik Asitin Koruyucu Etkisinin Kahverengi Alabalıklar (Salmo trutta fario)’ın Elektrolitlerinde Araştırılması

Öz

Su ürünleri yetiştiriciliğinde kadmiyum toksisitesine karşı humik asitin koruyucu etkilerinin araştırıldığı çalışmada, canlı materyal olarak kahverengi alabalık (Salmo trutta fario) kullanılmıştır. Uygulama periyodu sonucunda balıklardan örneklenen kanlarda elektrolitlerdeki değişimler incelenmiştir. Ölçülen parametreler ile ilgili sonuçlar tür ve muamele şeklinde değerlendirilmiştir. Sodyum, magnezyum, fosfor ve klor değerlerindeki farklar önemsiz bulunurken kalsiyum değerindekiler önemli bulunmuştur (p<0,05).
